What we collect
When you book a class, buy a pack or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking history. We only collect what we need to run your classes.
How we use it
We use your details to manage bookings, send class reminders and answer your messages. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we'll email you studio news, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Health information
If you tell us about an injury, pregnancy or medical condition, we share it only with your instructors so they can adapt your classes safely. We never use it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. We'll reply within 30 days.
