What to expect
Slow down, add a spring.
Burn trades speed for load. Moves are slow and controlled, with heavy springs and timed intervals, so your muscles work for longer than you think they can.
How a class works
A short warm-up on light springs
Four strength blocks, each one minute on, fifteen seconds off
A core finisher, famous for the last five minutes
A slow stretch to bring your heart rate down
You should know the reformer well before you take Burn. We recommend at least ten classes, including Reformer Flow.
